Applying for a Dumont Library Card

A free library card is available to Dumont residents who can document residency by providing a photo ID and proof of a Dumont address.  The following documents will be accepted:

• A valid New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicle driver's license.

• A valid New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicle Identification card.

• A current utility bill (gas or water) indicating the address of the provided service.

• Dumont Property tax bill.

• Lease with applicant’s name and property address clearly printed on the document.

There is a charge of $3.00 for a lost or replacement card and proper identification will be required.
